After the hot glue had cured holes were cut in to the MDF cladding to allow access to the interior lighting rig. The holes were cut on the same side as the holes drilled in the ribs (fig 11). NOTE at this point I have no intention of fitting lights to this hull, all this pre-preparation is for that time in the future when one raining day I look at this thing and think "I wonder if I can light this ship up.(fig 27)
